Tom is an excellent teacher. When I first started 4 months ago I’d never played a guitar, my confidence since has gone from strength to strength. I’d been told different things by different people about playing left or right handed, many told me to force myself to play right handed. Tom guided me through playing left handed and it feels so natural now. Tom has a great curriculum to follow but is happy to help you progress in a personal direction or song riff that you wish to practice. His lessons are structured but not pushy. There isn’t an expectation to reach a certain level or practice a certain amount between lessons. I highly recommend Tom as a teacher!

Tom is kind-hearted, patient and encouraging. I have thoroughly enjoyed my learning experience so far and look forward to my weekly lessons. I definitely would recommend Tom if you are looking for a music teacher.
