I am a student of Swananda for the last 7 years and ongoing. Her professionalism and ability to deliver great music lessons is commendable. She goes above and beyond to make sure a concept is acquired to the maximum potential of the student and further encourages to expand their skills and techniques limitlessly beyond what the student may think they are capable of. Swananda is a very dedicated and sincere teacher. She adapts her teaching to the capacity of her student and encourages them to go further and beyond. She is very patient with me and has helped me to gain back my confidence and increase my understanding of Hindustani singing and music. She has inculcated good habits in me ie importance of regular practice, importance on being in tune (Sur), listning to different vocalists to understand ragas.
