‘The most important part about learning guitar is the joy that it brings’- Based in Leeds, lessons with Rowan are fun and free flowing, with an emphasis on learning songs of the students choice. He has taught both children and adults, including complete beginners to expert level. Whether it be learning to play the chords of their favorite Oasis song, or working towards their grade six exam, Rowan is able to adapt to the needs of every student to help them reach their potential.

Having graduated from Leeds Conservatoire with an MA in Music, Rowan has extensive experience as a professional musician. He plays electric guitar in numerous function projects as well as being the front man of his own indie/rock singer songwriter band Ro Yaxley. A prolific songwriter and guitar enthusiast, he loves to use his passion for playing and creating music to help others to learn.
