Louisa is an outstanding teacher. She is incredibly knowledgeable about music theory as well being as passionate teacher of the bassoon. Lessons are always entertaining and she brings music to life beyond what’s written on the page. She delivers technical knowledge both of the instrument and music in general in the simplest way possible and very effectively too. My daughter looks forward to her lessons with Louisa as do I as I know she’ll learn a lot and have fun along the way. Louisa goes above and beyond as a teacher and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone considering her a a teacher to go for it. We do lessons in person and online and they are all brilliant irrespective of format.
