About Daniel G.
Danny is a professional songwriter, and guitar and music production teacher based in Rode, Somerset, near to Frome, Bath, Trowbridge, Woolverton, Beckington, Southwick, Norton St Philip. He is now back to teaching in-person and online lessons from his inspiring home studio.
He has been teaching for eight years, and is known for his easy going manner and fun lessons. He has led many workshops, holiday camps and term time group courses with various music services and continues to offer private lessons for adults and students aged 6 years and above.
Danny says: "I believe strongly that our early experiences of learning music can shape our lasting love of playing and appreciating music. I strive to make my lessons as educational and fun as possible. I am a very patient teacher and I aim to foster a true love of learning music. As a creative songwriter, I encourage singing and songwriting during my lessons."
As a guitar teacher, Danny teaches acoustic and electric, pop, rock, folk and classical which includes finger picking and strumming and reading music from both traditional musical notation and tablature/tab. If you are keen to take your exam grades, he can guide you through this.
As a published songwriter and producer, he has an in depth knowledge of music production and teaches music production using Logic Pro.
