So far, I have had five lessons with Daniel which followed a lengthy gap without a teacher. I had found a couple of pieces to learn and play by myself but had got stuck. Daniel has patiently undone my errors, got my timing on the right track and helped me to understand what I’m aiming at in the music. Now I am launched on new pieces, chosen by Daniel to help me adopt better practices and conquer some fundamental errors like timing and fingering. I feel I’m embarking on a new phase of improvement which is exciting. What I appreciate most is Daniel’s great well of gentleness, patience and encouragement.

Daniel is a very multi-dimensional teacher with high skill in teaching. He is responsible for the students and show a highly organised teaching style. He is patient and always encourgae me. He respects student and show organisation and communicates well. Regarding to the profession, he is with well-equipped knowledge and meet my need of studying particularly jazz piano. He is a really good teacher. During the half year time learning with him, I feel confident with playing piano though I was an adult learner. I have a basics of studying violin and he can understand my weakness in jazz theory. Particularly, I remember there is one time I forgot some knowledge I learnt before, he realised before and let me practice this difficult one since it was introduced first. And I can share my favourite music, and he help me learn the piece. Overall, I can't name it all, bu he is a really good teacher with patience and respect and highly skill. Thank you, Daniel!!

Daniel is a superb teacher and shows fantastic patience, knowledge and a warm and supportive manner. My son loves his lessons with Daniel!
