Conor was excellent at understanding what I wanted to achieve from my lessons and worked with me from the outset to create a clear plan to help me progress. Fortunately, I already had some knowledge from independent study, which allowed us to move through the basics more quickly and focus on playing rhythms sooner. Throughout the lesson, he regularly checked that I understood everything being explained and demonstrated, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my learning. Overall, my first experience was very positive and enjoyable; so much so that I’ve already booked more lessons.
