About Cali Rivlin

Cali is a Classically trained, multiple-genres performing vocalist and piano composer. She's been making music her whole life, recording and touring worldwide and in the U.K.
She's helped people train their voices for the past 13 years and is very dedicated to getting you a deep understanding of vocal technique and producing results for her students.
As a vocal coach Cali's classical Operatic background allows her to help students across all genres and levels, giving you a strong technique so you can succeed in controlling your voice, while providing a safe warm space for you to experiment in and ask questions to your satisfaction. All lesson plans are adjusted to each and every student individually. No two people are alike and lessons will reflect that.
Cali's passionate about passing on the legacy of art and communication of the highest order. (as opposed to learning "just for test or assessment". Together you will nail the right approach and drill for your voice. She steers her students to find their voice with directness and kindness ; Instil confidence within you and develop your artistic intent, technique and showmanship to serve you best. Wether you're a complete beginner or a professional musician looking to expand your toolbox.
Cali's background
Cali trained in Opera at the Tel Aviv Music Conservatoire since she was 8 years old, taking her senior exams at 18. She's always enjoyed singing all styles and looked at Opera world as an excellent stepping stone to achieving high vocal standards across genres. Expanding on that, at 23 she trained privately with renowned New York celebrity opera vocal coach, Jim Carson.
At 26 Cali got her Vocal High Diploma from London's Institution for Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP).
Cali specializes vocally in Jazz, Soul, Motown, Pop & Rock music and has collaborated with some Jazz & Swing greats such as Robin Banerjee (Amy Winehouse), Geoff Dugmore (Tina Turner), Hossam Ramzy (Chick Corea, Led Zeppelin) & The Jive Aces.
In 2019 she co-founded Axiomatic Music for film & TV with a unique contemporary dramatic tone and signed with UK publishers Northstar Music Company.
