I’ve only just recently started with Ben, but he instantly put me at ease and is a good guy and a great teacher! Nothings too much trouble, he’s happy to go at your pace so you can keep up, answers any questions patiently and is truly very knowledgeable but will explain in a way that’s easy to comprehend if you’re not as music literate (like me!) - amazing teacher, would highly recommend to anyone! Ben is a great teacher. He puts no pressure on me to get things right but his relaxed teaching style allows me to find my way in my own time without stress. I am learning so much even though I only have a 30-minute lesson once a week. I’m really enjoying learning to play to guitar. I’ve just started learning to play Yellow by Coldplay and loving it! I have known Ben since his time as a student at Blackpool & The Fylde College some 10 or more years ago. Since leaving the college he has developed a career as a music teacher as well as a performing musician. Ben is a highly experienced and versatile musician with strong organisational skills able to bring a range of experience to the role of a music teacher, which he has done independently for a number of years.
