I have been taking bass guitar lessons with no prior experience with Atmos for about two months, and it has been a great experience. He is very patient and supportive. He explains everything clearly, and on top of that he makes notes after every lesson which makes practicing easier for me. He has taught me some basic techniques and playing songs. I look forward to learning more from him. Highly recommend for beginners :)

My 8 year old has been taking lessons with Atmos for ~ 6 months, and he absolutely loves the lessons and looks forward to them each week. Atmos has been patient and adapted his teaching so it maintains my son’s interest whilst ensuring he still learns the foundational aspects of music. Can’t recommend him enough!!

I started taking piano lessons with him having no prior experience and it’s been a great experience. He’s patient, supportive, and explains things clearly, which has made learning piano enjoyable. Atmos has helped to teach me many things about both music theory and piano technique. The lessons are tailored such that I am able to focus on what interests me, such as what scores are taught, while also introducing a breadth of new concepts.

As a newbie (at retirement age1) to playing any sort of instrument I was a little anxious about having bass guitar lessons and being with an accomplished and versatile musician such as Atmos. From minute one, however, his approach was calm, patient and reassuring. Even before booking a lesson he was happy to talk me through my concerns and advise me on an appropriate entry level instrument etc. It couldn't have been easier. I've now had five lessons and am incredibly happy with the progress I've made. Obviously practice is key but Atmos has made it very easy and comfortable. The pace and structure of lessons has been geared to my ability and musical taste and I'm so glad I started. Highly recommended.

Atmos has a great style of teaching guitar to my 14 year old. It had been a while since she had picked the instrument up so was nervous about starting lessons. Atmos immediately dispersed any nerves that she had, keeping the lesson focused and pacey, offering helpful advice and reassurance as well as time when she needed it. She is really looking forward to future lessons. We were really lucky to have found him. She has progressed quickly and only has three lessons left of this block so we will be booking the next block of 20 without delay. I would highly recommend Atmos as a tutor.
