Anna offers friendly, engaging, and enjoyable one-to-one lessons from her home in Quorn, Leicestershire. She studied with renowned music professionals Yvette Bonner (RAM, London) and Martyn Hill (RCM, London), and at the Claudio Abbado Music School in Milan, Italy (Paul Beier, Roberto Balconi, Diego Fratelli). She has a wealth of experience singing in London, Oxford, Italy, Stratford-on-Avon, and the Midlands, both as a chorister and soprano soloist, notably at Jesus College Oxford, Leicester Cathedral, Nottingham Cathedral, and Launde Abbey among others, most recently singing solo soprano roles in Dido & Aeneas and John Rutter's Gloria, Magnificat and A Spring of Thyme. She is artistic director of vocal quintet The Juliet Consort (2022-) which performs regularly across Leicestershire and beyond. She directs the St Bartholomew's Children's Voices. Anna has Enhanced DBS status and has basic and foundation stage certification in Safeguarding (CofE) (2023, 2026). She works with a network of fellow musicians in the area. Anna can help with pronunciation in four different European languages. All ages and abilities are welcome!
