Adam Holgate is a fantastic guitar teacher—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely encouraging. He explains things clearly and tailors each lesson to suit my ability and musical interests. I’ve made great progress and always enjoy the lessons. Highly recommended!

Adam is brilliant. I have no past history of music and last time was at school 50 years ago. I wanted to try and learn electric guitar. Adam has show so much skill and patience with me. I am slow and plodding but Adam makes the lessons really interesting and enjoyable. He keeps me interested when i struggle and his knowledge and skill is first class. I'm lucky to have such a good teacher.

Adam is a great guitar teacher! My son really enjoyed his lessons and we appreciated the ease of having lessons online in a flexible way. Theory was mixed with learning classic songs making learning guitar/reading music also a lot of fun!

I had never played an instrument in my life before starting bass. Adam is so patient and positive with his teaching. He has gone out of his way a few times to write bass tabs from songs I love (that aren’t readily available online) so that I am learning songs I love whilst building the correct technique as a newbie. I feel very lucky to have found Adam on this site and no doubt will continue to learn from him for years to come.. so if you’re looking for a guitar teacher whether bass or other, Adam is your guy :)
