After completing grade 8 in both drums and saxophone, Will went on to study classical and jazz music performance at Leeds Conservatoire, graduating in 2021 with a BA (Hons first class).
Learning with internationally renowned saxophonist Sarah Markham, he received the Ralph Markham Achievement Award for great personal success and development.
Since then, he has taught music within local schools whilst also tutoring, performing and recording as a drummer and saxophonist.
