Tomi has graduated in percussion instruments at the Music Academy of Zagreb in Croatia. He has collaborated with numerous orchestras and participated in performances world-wide. Tomi has over 9 years of experience teaching primary and secondary school students classical percussion & drum kit. He is self - taught on guitar and although he teaches beginner classical guitar, he can accomodate pupils interested in the acoustic guitar and he specialises in heavy metal on electric guitar. Although he is happy to teach any genre of music on the drum kit, his students will profit the most if they are interested in learning and playing heavy metal & double bass pedal. For students interested in learning music notation as well as music theory, Tomi is happy to incorporate that in the music lessons. Many of his students have happily played and performed some of their favourite songs from such bands as Imagine Dragons, Twenty One Pilots, Foo Fighters, AC/DC, Green Day, System of a Down etc. as well as classical percussion music repertoire.
