I'm a Double Bassist and Bass Guitarist based in Birmingham. As a passionate musician and graduate from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire I bring a wealth of expertise and dedication to my teaching. My versatile skill set allows me to cater to a wide range of musical styles including jazz, classical, and rock/pop. Whether you're a beginner looking to explore the fundamentals or an advanced player seeking to refine your technique, my tailored approach ensures that each lesson is engaging, enriching, and will help you to achieve your individual goals.

I am currently employed as a music educator by Walsall Music Service where I deliver 1-1 and whole class lessons, and play a support role in both classical and jazz ensembles. I have taught jazz masterclasses internationally, namely in Portugal and China , and I also have a number of private students from beginner level through to conservatoire-entry level.

I believe that learning music should be a fun and fulfilling experience for every student. My approach to music tuition is centred around creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel empowered to explore their musical interests and develop their skills at their own pace. Whatever your interest, my goal is to inspire a love for music while providing the technical foundation and musical knowledge necessary for growth.
