Sophie is an incredible teacher with such great commitment to her students. I had received a recommendation for her from the lovely people at musicteachers.co.uk after a not-so-pleasant experience with another teacher. As an autistic student, I find it quite challenging to understand music from an emotional perspective and also struggle with motor skills; that being said, Sophie was patient with me, worked around my difficulties and was quick to invent new ways of presenting the material. If you are contemplating whether you should choose Sophie as your child’s (or your own) teacher, take this as your sign to do so!
