I was Sintija’s Head of Faculty for three years and saw her be nothing but conscientious and thorough in her planning and preparation for teaching. Her delivery was always of the highest quality and student progress was consistent across classes and groups. Students loved her lessons and she built a mutually respectful, cooperative and studious atmosphere in her classes.

I was Sintija's Head of Department and mentor during her training year and her first few years as a teacher. I saw her develop into an exceptional teacher, planning and delivering Music lessons of the highest quality. Her relationships with staff and students alike were always positive and appropriate.

Brilliant music teacher that cares for all her students. Person incentives are that she is a pianist herself and has taught it in main stream secondary education. She had also gained a music masters which is very evident in her subject specialist teaching.
