About Ruediger

Hello my name is Rudy (Rüdiger Ruwe) and I am a professional bass-baritone, conductor and educator in and around Merseyside.

Having studied Music at the HfMT Hamburg and Engineering at the RWTH Aachen University, I went to the UK last year to make a living as professional musician.

From 2022-2023 I was full time music teacher in primary and secondary school in Hamburg, while before I worked as engineer, meanwhile studying and amassing a lot of experience as a vocalist with among others the groups Elbtett, Vocoder Ensemble, die sINGer.

Among my teachers were Michael Connaire, Paul Triepels, Stephen Connolly.

Among others I have sung in Liverpool Cathedral, St Peter Rome and the Elbphilharmonie.

Since January 2024 I am conducting the Oriel Singers Liverpool.
