Relaxed and friendly approach. Experience of teaching children and adults of all ages from 4 to 75. Lessons are tailored to the student’s musical interests. I can teach you to read music and prepare for exams (classical piano, violin, or Jazz Piano). I can also teach you improvisation skills and how to arrange your favourite pop or jazz standards. I have a large library of music to choose from , and can help you learn any piece if I a recording or sheet music can be found on the internet. (More or less everything these days!)

I have a broad knowledge of Violin and Piano technique, and I use this to enable students to improve so that they can more easily play the music that they enjoy.
