Roger is a very kind helpful calm supportive teacher my son has had two lesson so far and he is enjoying the lessons, the lesson are educational and fun and he makes it easy for child to understand, Roger goes extra mile and would send me information about where to buy reasonable price of violin parts.

This was my first lesson after several decades. (I achieved grade VIII while at school; but when I went to university I didn't find the right opportunities to play, and my violin has mostly sat unused in its case since then.) Raja was quickly able to identify areas that I need to work on to regain my (not entirely atrophied) skills; and he was friendly, encouraging, and helpful. He was also able to advise on instrument maintenance requirements etc.

Roger is a excellent teacher who is very well versed with the violin. My daughter is on the shy reserved side but he is patient and calm and she is enjoying the lessons. Highly recommended!

Roger is brilliant - he’s come to teach our teenage daughter who is new to the violin and had her playing a short tune, without a hint of a screech, after only 45 minutes. She’s full of enthusiasm, supported by his calm yet focussed nature. We look forward to Grade 1!

Roger is a fantastic teacher, full of energy and passionate about violin. We really appreciate his approach to teaching, very engaging and encouraging students to play and stretch themselves.
