ReferencePaul is an excellent musician, and is always very warm and friendly with other band members at rehearsals/concerts. He works collaboratively with other members of his section and with the band as a whole. He is always supportive of, and never impatient with, other players who may struggle with some of the repertoire. He is always punctual to rehearsals/concerts and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
