You probably have an idea of what you would like to learn already. I am happy to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be. I do not have a rigid course plan, lessons are tailored to your interests. I can help you with grades or college and band auditions, or help with your reading and theory. I am also happy to teach you a simple song that you want to play for your auntie's wedding. Many of my old students are now professional players. I have been a professional musician for over forty years and played many styles of music.I have been lucky enough to tour and record with some of the top uk jazz musicians as well as visiting European and American artistes. I have also written music for television and worked in West End residencies. My personal passion is jazz but i remain fascinated by anything played on the guitar. Although i have taught in colleges in the past, i mainly teach from home these days..
