I caught Owen during his undergraduate studies at LIPA. He was a diligent student with a very good work ethic. Owen is an accomplished musician - proficient in voice, guitar and keys, with a high level of music theory understanding/ knowledge. He is also an excellent producer with a high level understanding of music technology. Owen was a popular and personable student who was highly regarded by staff and fellow students.

Owen Poluta started teaching me guitar around 2 years ago. He taught me practically from scratch and I’ve come a long way now. Although I’m learning mostly recreationally, him and I have gone through some of the Trinity pop and rock tabs which has made me consider going for a grade. He says if I would like to, with his lessons, I could maybe work towards Trinity grade 5. He is always patient with me and we mostly just learn the things that I ask him to teach me.
