About Crystal Wong
Crystal is a highly experienced educator with over 15 years of teaching one-to-one lessons, workshops and playgroups to a wide range of ages and abilities. Been awarded distinction in Licentiate Diploma in piano performance by Trinity College of London, she has also been enthusiastic in using Dalcroze methods to provide a fun and creative learning experience.
During the time in Hong Kong, Crystal was an active member of the Hong Kong Piano Teachers Association. She was pleased to perform her piano recital to the public in 2019 and continued to support her students and friends by piano-accompanying their performances in music festivals and exams.
Currently Crystal is working with Solihull Music service, teaching keyboard, piano and music theory group/individual lessons during daytime, in the local primary and secondary schools of Solihull.
Crystal loves to spread music around and is happy to teach students of all ages, whether you’re looking to brush up on your skills or kickstart learning the instrument.
Teaching in Piano
Crystal teaches piano to all from beginners through to advanced students. For those looking to progress through graded exams, she offers tuition in ABRSM and Trinity syllabuses and has a 100% success rate results in merit and distinction with her prepared candidates. Furthermore, her students are fully competent to take part in the music festivals whenever they would enjoy.
Crystal also has plenty of students who are learning just for fun. She can offer a structured yet tailored learning process for the kinds of music you’d like to play.
