Whilst this is really helpful in giving you a solid foundation and some understanding of what you are doing it doesn’t really address your inner need to be free to express yourself spontaneously . This” freedom “is most commonly found in great jazz musicians and composers and I can help you unlock their secrets ,regardless of your instrument , through an engaging approach designed to help you become your own best teacher!

I am a jazz pianist ,drummer and composer and my teaching method is geared towards the musician who is interested in improvisation and composition . I can also teach basic piano and drum fundamentals as well as music theory but I don’t focus on the graded exam approach . My aim is to get you to a level of understanding that enables you to become your own best teacher 😃
