About HALL HAMMOND
Hall is a well experienced guitar player and musician. He has been playing guitar for 15 years whilst teaching both privately and within an institution for 4 years.
He specialises in blues, rock, heavy rock, pop, and many more. Hall will happily cater for both rhythm and lead playing styles. He will be able to help you improve your technique, groove/feel, part writing, music theory and more...
His teaching style is relaxed, individualised, non-grade based with a relaxed 'coach' rather than 'classroom' approach. He takes on all ability levels from beginners to advance.
Hall is primarily an electric guitarist but is also proficient on acoustic guitar having accompanied many singer songwriters in the past.
To get the most out of Hall's lessons, weekly lessons of 45 - 60 minutes is recommended, 30 minutes for younger students.
Should you choose to take your very first lesson with Hall. He will take this time to get to know you and your playing style. Look at some songs/material you would like him to go over with you. So, if you have a song or a guitar part you would like to learn on that first lesson! Have it ready, Hall will figure it out with you.
Lessons are face-to-face at your home or Hall's home. Alternatively, he does offer online lessons as well. Either way, all you will need is your guitar!
