Hello and welcome! I’m Naama Neuman, a professional flutist and dedicated music educator based in the heart of Winchester. With over a decade of experience in both performing and teaching, I’m here to help you discover the joy and artistry of playing the flute.

Location
Join me for lessons in the peaceful and inspiring setting of the Cathedral’s Close in central Winchester. My home studio is a haven for creativity and learning, offering a serene backdrop for your musical journey.
First Lesson
Nervous about starting? Don’t be! Your first 60-minute lesson is FREE. This session is a relaxed and friendly introduction where we get to know each other and explore your musical interests. It’s the perfect way to see if my teaching style is a good fit for you.
Education
I hold a Master of Music in Flute Performance from the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Stuttgart and a Graduate Artist Diploma from the Schulich School of Music at McGill University. My education has equipped me with a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of musical expression, which I bring to each lesson.
Performance Experience
I’ve had the privilege of performing with renowned ensembles such as the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal, the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and BBC Symphony Orchestra. My solo performances include appearances with the Orchestre Classique de Montréal and the Israel Contemporary Players. This extensive performance experience enriches my teaching, allowing me to provide real-world insights and advanced techniques.
Instruments
While flute is my specialty, I also provide guidance on piccolo and harmony. With my extensive background, I offer comprehensive training across these instruments, ensuring a rich and varied learning experience.
