Meg has been coaching my 10 year old, Daisy, for the past 8 months. Daisy loves Meg and looks forward to every single session with them. Meg tailors the classes to Daisy's musical tastes and interests. They push her abilities by organising fun activities, whilst motivating her with lots of encouragement. Meg is currently working with Daisy on a fairly complex duet piece with delightful progress. Daisy’s pitch has greatly improved, and she has been learning the art of harmony! Meg is also supporting Daisy in preparing for her first public performance in April, helping develop key performance skills and confidence. Meg takes the time to report on weekly progress achieved, and offers advice on how Daisy can continue her technical practice away at home. This level of attention and dedication has significantly boosted Daisy’s singing ability and self-esteem. Meg is super kind, thoughtful, highly organised and trustworthy, and I love hearing them giggle as I arrive to collect Daisy! I would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

Meg, and her community of pupils, have done so much for my daughter. I knew that with the right teacher she would be able to overcome anxieties that developed over the pandemic, and would be able to share her music with others, Meg has been that teacher. They are responsive to her needs and help her develop her vocal skills and explore the music she loves. This autumn she performed in an informal student concert, accompanying herself. Meg has given her a voice.

Meg is wonderful. Patient, supportive and clear in how you can improve. I have been their student for upwards of 3 years and I continue to go from strength to strength. My confidence has grown exponentially. I’ve come from a musical theatre background to being able to add controlled distortion, soulful runs, harmonies and other elements to my vocal toolset. Lots more to learn still but I have a great teacher. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
