Max is an excellent teacher. I’ve had 4 lessons with him now, some online and some in person. He’s great at helping you understand new concepts, working at your pace, and I’m left after each lesson with a sense of achievement. I’d definitely say don’t hesitate to book his free taster and a block of lessons! The lessons are good mix of playing songs and theory/technique!!

A wonderful start to acoustic guitar lessons with Max! Max is patient, attentive and gives valuable feedback after each lesson. Plenty of lesson resources have been uploaded already and I’d highly recommend lessons with Max if you want both a reassuring and professional guitar teacher.

Max communicates well verbally and in writing, he works well as part of a team and on his own, he is comfortable taking leading roles and is enthusiastic and reliable. He is a competent musician, song writer and studio producer and will be comfortable passing on these skills to his learners.
