Hi, Matt here. Thanks so much for being here and visiting my page. I am passionate about sharing my love for string instruments with students of all ages.
My teaching philosophy revolves around tailoring lessons to your unique needs and goals. I believe in breaking down complex concepts into manageable pieces, ensuring that you not only excel in playing your instrument but also understand the theory and history behind the music you create.
In addition to my role as a teacher, I maintain an active presence in the local and national music scene continuing to perform in orchestras and chamber ensembles such as The Heritage Orchestra, The Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, Welsh National Opera & Paradox Orchestra. This allows me to share firsthand experiences and insights with you, my students.
