Marie Anne is an experienced, friendly and enthusiastic violin teacher based in Wapping London and can teach in English or French. Marie Anne is a French violinist who regular performs in musical theatre shows as well as with string quartets or as a solo violinist. She has performed and toured internationally with artists such as Rod Stewart, Lana Del Rey, Eminem, Emeli Sandé, Elvis Presley's last Vegas band and been on Ghost the Musical, The King & I, to name a few

Marie Anne has taught for over 20 years both privately, in primary and secondary schools in the UK and abroad.

She is a dedicated violinist and like to share her love of the violin.

With her students can learn different styles of playing, from classical to more popular modern style pieces .

Some topics you might cover in lessons with Marie Anne are:
- Solid technique
- Violin position
- Right and left technique separately
- Rhythm and music theory are incorporated in her lessons

There is also the option to take exams - since starting her career as a music teacher she has achieved 100% pass rate and she can prepare students for ABRSM or Trinity Grades.

I am happy to teach beginners to advanced players of all ages and lessons are tailored to suit the individuals needs.
