About Maddie

I’m Maddie, a woodwind multi-instrumentalist and a lover of classical and jazz and all things in between. Graduating from the Royal College of Music in classical and jazz saxophone, I have now trained with top professors of saxophone, flute and clarinet.
I have performed in various big bands, wind orchestras, saxophone quartets, jazz quartets and as a soloist in venues including Pizza Express Live Soho, The Crypt at St. John Smiths Square, Amaryllis Fleming Concert Hall, Britten Theatre and POSK Jazz Café.
I have played in recording sessions at Abbey Road Studios, Abbey Road Institute and Belle Shenkman Studio.
I have played reeds in several amateur dramatic productions of musicals such as Chicago, Sunday in the Park With George and Kinky Boots.
Additionally, as a solo and function vocalist, I have sung in venues including The Dilly Hotel Piccadilly and Sunborn London Yacht Hotel.
The various playing I do has given me experience and knowledge in various genres of music such as classical, jazz, funk and pop. This also applies to my instrumental experience with saxophone, flute and clarinet.
