Madalina has a natural ability to understand what will improve each student's unique voice. She immediately puts students at ease, tailoring exercises to each individual. She combines excellent technical knowledge and skills with a great teaching style. As a lecturer I am very used to assessing teaching skills and Madalina's are excellent. She is particularly adept at adjusting her methods to get the right result. All that and we never fail to have a laugh!
