Lucy is always positive and encouraging, has a great apprieciation for music, and allows for a lot of flexibility in the things we focus on each lesson, taking care to ensure that I can work on the things that are most relevant to me each week. Every lesson I get a number of invaluable insights which have made a significant improvement to my playing and also to my approach to studying music. Every lesson is relaxed and easy-going so it is something I look forward to every week.

Lucy is a very skilled teacher, very knowledgeable and able. It is clear she has a lot of experience as a music teacher. She is very patient and kind but at the same time Lucy gives very clear and specific feedback to help you learn at a pace that suits you. I’ve have really enjoyed my lessons learning violin with Lucy and I would fully recommend her.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude. As an adult learner who had never picked up a cello before, I was initially apprehensive about having online lessons but I'm happy to say that my learning journey so far has been a really enjoyable one. I feel like I'm making really good progress each week, under LucyRose's patient and expert guidance. Lucy-Rose is a friendly and approachable teacher who has catered to varying teaching strategies to keep my 2 children engaged and enthusiastic in their developing instrumental lessons. She goes out of her way to find music they will enjoy and at their ability level while teaching them technique and music information to further their performances. I would recommend her as a teacher to all ages and for all abilities.
