Hello! I am a classically trained pianist with 40 years experience. Recently my passion for electronic music and composition has led me to complete an MA in music production (with a Distinction for my final major project - awaiting final University confirmation). I also have a DipLCM in Pianoforte performance, and have studied a mixture of ABRSM/Trinity grades on clarinet, saxophone and music theory. I have recently taken up the flute (for my own development, there is always something new to learn!). I have advanced music production skills in Ableton Live, and produce music in genres ranging from neo-classical to house music.

What to expect:
I am happy to teach you for your own pleasure, to learn how to develop a critical ear every time you play, to develop articulation, an understanding of music theory and to formulate a program of study that inspires you to improve. That may be through learning graded exam pieces or for fun. I have taught both adults and children (and have three of my own children) and I can offer flexible slots to suit your availability. Lessons with me will be fun and help you develop and improve as you practice.

My equipment:
In my online studio I have a digital piano, keyboard, 2 webcams, DAW, Speakers, equipment, mic and various wind instruments (clarinet, flute, digital saxophone and some world instruments).
