Formally trained flautist with a degree in music, Lizzie is a patient and enthusiastic teacher. Lizzie believes that music lessons should be accessible to everyone, so whatever age or ability you are, she can help you progress in the way you'd like to.

As a BA Music graduate from the University of Liverpool, Lizzie will bring excitement and passion to lessons, tailoring each lesson to the individual. Whether you are wanting to prepare for music exams, or just learn for enjoyment, Lizzie will provide lessons to suit your own needs.

Flute/Piano Lessons:

In order to increase a student's confidence and ensure their progression on the instrument, a typical lesson might include:

-Scales and technical studies
-Learning pieces for exams/enjoyment
-Learning to read music
-Knowledge on music theory

Your First Lesson:

Your first lesson will include an informal discussion of your aims and goals. This gives Lizzie a chance to learn more about the student and understand their current abilities and interests, and how best to help the student to progress.
