About Kirsty
With 8+ years experience, Kirsty is a professional singer, vocal teacher, composer and producer based in London. With a passion for helping students develop both their vocal technique and confidence, she offers lessons that are tailored to each individual’s unique voice, musical goals and creative interests.
Kirsty holds both an Undergraduate and Masters degree in Music from Goldsmiths University, and is an active performer across a wide range of musical genres. In the past year, she has performed at venues including the Sir John Soane Museum, Camden Art Centre, Vortex Jazz Club, and internationally at the Time of Music Festival in Finland. She has also collaborated with artists such as Keiji Haino and contributed vocals to Holly Herndon & Mat Dryhurst's 2024 Serpentine project.
These wide-ranging professional experiences inform Kirsty’s approach to teaching, making her an open-minded, explorative and supportive vocal tutor. She draws from her classical training and contemporary performance practice to create a dynamic learning environment where students can develop a healthy vocal technique, build confidence, and enjoy discovering their own sound.
