Kiara approaches her lessons with friendly ease and prioritises guiding the student to alleviate any worry and anxiety they may have in the first lesson. Kiara is a singer, pianist, ukuleleist and songwriter, with 10 + years of teaching experience, helping students of all ages and levels nurture and hone their craft! Based in Twickenham and Online. Kiara holds a BA Hons in Professional Musicianship and specialises in teaching contemporary music genres.
It can be really scary coming to your first lesson, there is a lot of unknown! I am very conscious to help the student feel comfortable and at ease, I am not here to judge - I want to help! WHO DO I WORK WITH?
Singers who want to work through graded exams such as Rock School, Trinity Rock&Pop or ABRSM. This particularly suits teenagers/young adults who want to build UCAS points towards further education or who want to pursue music further as a career.
Piano for singers - those who want to learn how to play the piano to accompany themselves or learn songs along side what they are singing
Piano - those who want to learn to play the piano working through casually or following exam boards grades such as Rockschool (Pop and Rock)
Singers who want coaching in preparation for auditions for College, University or Shows.
Singers who want to rediscover their creativity and songwriting skills.
Singer - Songwriters who want constructive feedback on their original music, such as lyrics, structure, arrangement and vocal phrasing / style.
