About Kevin
Kevin has been a musician all his life and an educator all his adult life. He got qualified to teach the guitar in 2004, and tutors in all genres, including rock, folk, pop, and classical. He can teach up to Grade 8 and beyond.
As well as teaching music, he also teaches languages, so understands how to make the process both worthwhile and enjoyable. He can work with absolute beginners, as well as help improve players of all levels. He guarantees that, whatever your level, after the first lesson you will be able to play a new tune.
As the host of regular music events both online and offline, he knows how to help aspiring musicians build the confidence to perform, while keeping an eye on the technical aspects of their playing. He also has a passion for getting more seasoned players to express themselves and show flair.
His time as a recording artist has led him to increase the depth and variety of his own and other people's musicianship.
