Since starting with lessons with Julia my Clarinet and musical ability has progressed significantly. Julia is patient, always makes the lessons fun and varied, and brings in many elements of musical education to the lessons. I haven't played the clarinet since I was a child and she has helped me re-kindle what I loved about playing. I would highly recommend Julia as a friendly, super knoweldgable and encouraging teacher!

Julia is not only an accomplished musician but has a friendly character and gets on well with others in the orchestra. In particular she is good at encouraging and supporting less able players, one of whom she teaches outside the orchestra.
