Joe Kerry is a guitar teacher and guitar technician based in Leeds, UK.
He currently plays lead guitar for Pest Control, but has toured the UK, North America and Europe in various other bands over the years.
He specializes in rock and metal, but can help students with most styles of guitar-based music. His passion is delivering tuition that is tailored to goals of his students, no matter their level or ability.
His lessons can cover transcription, fretboard knowledge, music theory, improvisation, and songwriting, as well as coaching on self-confidence, performance anxiety and practice routines. As a skilled guitar technician, he can also help with the basics of caring for and maintaining your instrument.
He firmly believes that playing guitar is something to be enjoyed first and foremost, and strives to create a safe, relaxed and fun space for his students.
