About Joseph Buckmaster
Joseph Buckmaster is a dedicated music teacher with over 30 years music experience.
Experience
Joseph began his training in the choral tradition at Chester Cathedral but went on to study Voice and Opera at both the Royal Northern College of Music and the Royal Academy of Music. He now works as a soloist performing for numerous professional companies including, Opera Holland Park, Welsh National Opera, Mid Wales Opera, Grange Park Opera, Heritage Opera, Choral Societies Nationwide, is an extra for the choruses of both English National Opera and the Royal Opera House and heads up his own music charity Flat Pack Music.
When he's not performing he enjoys helping his students develop their core technique, find a passion for music and ultimately sing to the best of their ability. Joseph focuses on helping students find their own voice, develop understanding of breath control, vocal focus, and performance craft.
Joseph also teaches beginner piano and coaches Music Theory.
