About Jiaming
Hey, my name is Jiaming, currently working as a mentor at EK Outreach Service. I perform regularly around London, currently working as the keyboard player of BBC Music Introducing featured artist, Nika Timos. I teach guitar and keyboard, my teaching style strictly follows the curriculum of Rocks School grades, all my lessons will be divided into 5 sections:
1. Reviewing the homework given to students in the previous week and correcting their mistakes (5 mins).
2. Working on Rock School Popular Music Theory: Debut - Grade 8 (15 mins).
3. Learning new scales, arpeggios and chords. (15 mins).
4. Working on pieces from Rock School Guitar/Keys: Debut - Grade 8 (20 mins).
5. Assigning homework to students and giving advice (5 mins).
Extra support will be given to students in between each weekly lesson via email or text message to ensure they are clear about and capable to finish their homework (free of charge).
