About Jean-Baptiste Dupuy
I am a French musician who lives in the Manchester area.
I have been teaching music for 26 years, working with people of all ages and backgrounds.
I have a C.F.E.M. in Jazz and D.E.M in Concrete Music. I graduated in Arts & Sounds techniques and was awarded a composition prize by the French Performing Rights Society for Music.
Over the last 30 years I have played in a multitude of different bands, performing on stage regularly.
I teach a variety of styles to all levels of students, including Pop/Rock, Jazz, Blues, Funk, Classical, Latin Music, Reggae, World Music, Metal... from beginners to advanced.
My lessons are tailored to ensure that you always remain enthusiastic and have fun throughout your apprenticeship. The songs or topics studied are chosen together, depending of your taste, level, and needs.
