About Jane
Jane is a fully qualified piano-teacher, with over 30 years teaching experience. Currently based in Rutland / South Lincs, but online lessons are also available.
Experienced with teaching all ages, and all abilities.
Lessons are well-structured, with an emphasis on gaining a good technique, and fluency in the reading of notation.
Students can work towards exams (ABRSM) if they wish, though some prefer not to follow this route.
The aim is always for the student to make progress which they find both satisfying and enjoyable, but for this to happen, there must be a commitment from the student to practise to the best of their ability in between lessons.
