James has been drumming for over 25 years and teaching for 20 years. He has had hundreds of students over the years, teaching all ages, styles, and levels.
James teaches Rockschool and Trinity Hall grades, and has a 100% pass rate. If the pupil is not looking to do the grades, then a lesson plan will be created in order to best serve the pupil and progress him/her to the next level as quickly and efficiently as possible.
James is very proficient in all styles of drumming, both playing and teaching. Some of styles/topics he can cover are:

- Shuffle/half time shuffle
- Double bass playing
