Hello, I'm Jacques. I have been a music teacher for 20 years and have worked in secondary, primary, EYFS and SEN schools as a fully qualified music specialist and instrumental teacher. I have also taught both adults and children privately, always with a student led approach. Whether it be mastering your instrument to a professional standard, working towards ABRSM exam grades or simply playing for fun and the love of music. I studied music and music psychology at the University of Leeds, I have a first class Post Graduate Certificate in Secondary music education, DipABRSM in performance and I am currently studying for a Masters degree in Music Psychotherapy. I usually teach from home but can visit students within my local area.
