About Hugo

Hey there!

My name is Hugo, a professional musician with over 10 years experience. I teach Drums, Guitar, Bass, Ukulele, Piano, and music production. I am also able to play flute, mandolin, and cello. I have performed all over the UK and Europe with bands and am excited to offer music tuition in Weston and North Somerset!

I have been teaching in schools for the past 3 years and teaching at pupils homes for the last 10 years. I have completed training in Safeguarding, First Aid, Music Therapy, and have a 1st class degree in Professional Musicianship from BIMM.

I can offer remote tuition from my home studio as well as travelling to you!

I’ve been in Hugo’s whole class lessons and his 1:1 lessons where his natural energy, passion for music, understanding of children’s’ learning and benevolence towards them is evident. He maintains class control and 1:1 focus towards his pupils, guiding them towards the objective in a wonderfully rounded way. He’s also a very lovely human.
