Hannah is a professional singer, songwriter, and music producer based in Oxford. Trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and the Royal Danish Academy of Music, she brings deep musical expertise and a creative, student-centered approach to her teaching. Hannah has a passion for sharing music and enjoys teaching both children and adults at all stages of their musical journey.
She has extensive experience leading community singing groups and regularly plays live gigs, touring with local bands and her own solo projects.
Hannah’s teaching experience spans a wide range of settings, including workshops with the YWMP (Young Women’s Music Project), Modern Art Oxford, Pegasus Theatre, ArkT, Wood Farm Primary, the Barbican Centre, and OnFife Cultural Trust. She has also provided 1-2-1 tutoring for children with SEND and delivered workshops at Mapledown School for students with severe and complex learning difficulties.
Lessons are available in singing, piano, songwriting, electronic music and production.
Piano: From beginners. Children and Adults. Lessons cover establishing correct technique, warm-up and scales and learning to play your favourite pieces of music. Hannah will support you in preparing for graded exams or simply in playing for pleasure.
Singing: From beginner to advanced, Hannah’s lessons cover vocal warm-ups, body awareness, breathing, musical expression, performance, and vocal recording.
Songwriting: Lessons dive into writing lyrics, composing melodies, exploring arrangements, style, and creativity—always tailored to individual artistic goals.
Electronic Music and Production: Using Logic Pro, Garageband, or Ableton Live, Hannah teaches all levels from basic introduction to advanced production skills, including programming, recording, editing, sampling, effects, and mixing.
Hannah’s background stretches from classical choral singing to folk, jazz, rock, and pop. She specialises in helping each learner find their own voice and style, whatever their age, background or ability. Whether working towards a professional goal or just wanting to try something new, Hannah fosters a positive, encouraging environment.
