Georgina received a Merit in Masters of Music degree, First Class BMus Honours degree, L.T.C.L Teaching Diploma and Silver Medal for String Studies and the Montague Cleeve prize during her studies at Trinity College of Music, London between 2003 – 2009. She holds a grade 8 ABRSM qualification in violin.
Georgina Whitehead is a dedicated and extremely experienced music tutor specializing in stringed instruments:
Classical guitar (grade 3 – FRSM diploma level),
Violin (advanced beginners – grade 8/diploma),
Ukulele (beginners – grade 2). Piano beginners-grade 5.

Beyond teaching, Georgina is an active performer, for Charity Music In Hospitals and charities that specialize in trauma and abuse including AFRUCA at Amnesty International, NAPAC – National Association of People Abused in Childhood, bringing real-world experience to their lessons. This first-hand knowledge of the stage helps students not only understand the technical aspects of music but also the emotional and expressive side of performance.
